Day 1: LIMA
Arrival in Lima and private transfer to your selected hotel.
No meals included.
Day 2: LIMA
Lima Culinary Tour: We will visit a local market to taste fruit and local products. Then, on to our Cebiche & Pisco Sour class and finally, a Gourmet Peruvian tasting lunch at la Huaca Pucllana restaurant with traditional Peruvian deserts.
Day 3: CUZCO
Arrival in Cuzco and private transfer to your selected hotel.
Chocolate Workshop at Choco Museum: We will start our relaxing afternoon by learning about the history of chocolate and the manufacturing procedures of chocolate-making from the very beginning (with Peruvian cacao beans). We will have a short class on how to prepare our own chocolates and three cacao beverages.
Day 4: CUZCO
Cuzco City Tour: We will visit downtown area, Main Plaza from where we will see the Cathedral. Then, Santo Domingo convent, Sacsayhuaman Inca Fortress, Quenco and finally, Tambomachay (Ceremonial Center).
Day 5: CUZCO
p>Sacred Valley Tour: We will visit Awanacancha, Pisaq Ruins, Pisaq Market and Ollantaytambo Ruins.

Day 6: CUZCO
Train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village).
Day 7: CUZCO
Sunrise in Machu Picchu: If you wake up early this morning, you will be able to witness one of the most amazing sunrises ever. Being able to be at Machu Picchu for a while before your tour starts, is a priceless experience.
Machu Picchu Tour: We will visit main areas of the Inca Citadel such as the ritual baths, the Palace of the Princess, the main Fountain and the Temple of the Sun. Optional: Climb Huayna Picchu, the mountain in the classic photo of the site (subject to availability and an additional fee).
Day 8: LIMA
Arrival in Lima and private transfer to Lima center.
Lima City Tour: We will visit downtown area, Main Plazas, Presidential Palace, San Francisco Church and the Catacombs. Then, on to San Isidro District to see the main residential neighborhoods and commercial areas. Finally, we will visit the Park of Love in Miraflores District for great views of the Pacific Ocean.
Day 9: LIMA
Departure. Private transfer to the airport. As you head for home, we can pretty much guarantee you will be talking about your culinary experience in Peru to all your friends and family!
